Hi Randella, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My career has been built around creativity, fashion, beauty, and the ability to transform a vision into something unforgettable. I began as a platform artist for TONI&GUY, where I developed my skills as a hairstylist and learned to create bold, editorial looks in front of an audience. From there, I expanded my artistry into hairstyling, wardrobe styling, and makeup artistry for movie sets, runway fashion shows, and other high-profile productions. That diverse experience eventually led me to personal styling and social media content creation, where I now combine my expertise in beauty, fashion, storytelling, and branding to help people and brands look, feel, and present their absolute best. I’ve never been limited to one lane. I’ve built my career by mastering multiple sides of the creative industry and continually reinventing myself.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
My career hasn’t been a straight line. it’s been a series of pivots, setbacks, reinventions, and opportunities that taught me how to turn every obstacle into another skill in my toolbox
There were plenty of moments when I questioned whether I was starting over or simply starting again, but every chapter taught me something that made the next one possible.

I’m a personal image stylist and creative professional specializing in helping people elevate the way they look, feel, and present themselves to the world. With a background spanning professional hairstyling, makeup artistry, wardrobe styling, runway fashion, film, and social media content creation, I bring a unique, full-picture approach to personal style and visual identity. I specialize in creating cohesive images that reflect someone’s personality, lifestyle, goals, and confidence—not simply following trends. I’m also a social media content creator, where I combine my knowledge of beauty, fashion, and visual storytelling to create engaging content that connects with an audience and captures attention. I’m known for taking someone’s existing features, wardrobe, beauty, and individual aesthetic and transforming them into a polished, intentional image that feels authentically theirs. What I’m most proud of is building a career that allows me to work across beauty, fashion, entertainment, styling, and digital media. What sets me apart is that I don’t just style an outfit or create a piece of content, I understand the entire visual picture and know how to turn personal style into a powerful form of self-expression and branding.
What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is the people I love. My loved ones are my biggest source of motivation, inspiration, and grounding, and they’re a huge part of why I continue to push myself and pursue the things I’m passionate about. I’ve always wanted to build a life and career that I can be proud of while also being someone the people I love can be proud of. Success, to me, isn’t just about accomplishments or recognition, it’s about creating a life where I can be happy, fulfilled, independent, and present for the people who matter most to me.
