Conversations with Tammy Hall

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tammy Hall.

Hi Tammy, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started working out in my late 30s, nothing serious, basically doing the bare minimum. I loved the accountability I got from going group workouts, fast forward 5 years later, and I was asked if I ever thought of being a trainer. I laughed, and said, no, never. I took my test and passed.

I started by just helping out at a gym then fell in love with helping people. I love my job so much, I decided I needed my own place to train my clients. I believe that health and fitness begin with relationships, the physical part falls right behind.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
So far it has been smooth. Being a business owner in a small town would have to be the most challenging.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Certified Personal Trainer. I specialize in strength and functional training. I’m most proud of how I build relationships with each person that walks into my studio, I feel like that’s what sets me apart from others.
