Daily Inspiration: Meet Aloha Molero

Today we’d like to introduce you to Aloha Molero.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I was born and raised in Maracaibo, Venezuela, and I’ve loved organizing things for as long as I can remember. From school activities to international student conferences while studying in the University, I was always finding ways to bring people together.

After graduating, I began working as a road manager for musical groups, and in 2009, my best friend Carla and I founded Dosx2, a creative business specializing in personalized gifts, design, and events.

In 2012, my husband and I made the difficult decision to leave Venezuela and move to Miami. We left behind successful careers and started over. It wasn’t easy, but we were determined to continue doing what we loved. In 2017, we moved to Nashville, where I had to rebuild my network once again. Little by little, I connected with the community, expanded my business, and began producing events while helping local businesses develop their brands.

Today, my work combines event production, branding, creative consulting, and design. Looking back, I realize that everything I’ve done has always come back to the same passion: bringing ideas to life and creating something meaningful for others.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all! But I think that’s what makes the journey so meaningful.

Leaving Venezuela meant walking away from a business that was doing really well and a career I loved. When we arrived in Miami, I worked at a friend’s restaurant making healthy desserts, while my husband and I tried to rebuild our professional lives.

I remember people telling us to forget about music and events because those weren’t realistic careers for immigrants starting over in this country. But I refused to believe that someone else could decide what was possible for us. No matter how exhausted we were after work, I always told my husband we needed to dedicate at least an hour or two every day to our own projects. Within about a year, we were able to focus on doing what we loved again.

Then we moved to Nashville and had to start over once more. We even worked doing deliveries while building new connections.

It hasn’t always been easy, but I’ve learned that consistency, creativity, and refusing to put limits on yourself can take you further than you imagine.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I always joke that I do a little bit of everything, but the truth is that I love bringing ideas to life.

I specialize in event production, branding, creative consulting, and design. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to produce concerts and events featuring artists like Guaco, Arcángel, Bacilos and I’ve worked alongside Loud & Boozy, Intimo Nashville for the past years. I’m also a certified wedding planner and coordinator.

Another part of my work that I absolutely love is helping entrepreneurs build their brands. Sometimes a client contacts me for a logo or a simple design, and we end up developing an entire concept, from branding and packaging to the look and feel of their business space. There’s something incredibly rewarding about seeing an idea on paper become a reality.

What makes me most proud is being able to make a living doing what I love, especially in a country where building your own path can be challenging.

I treat every client’s project with the same passion, professionalism, and dedication as if it were my own. And one thing my clients can always expect from me is honesty. I’ll tell them what I genuinely believe they need to hear, not just what they want to hear or what benefits me.

At the end of the day, I don’t just want to deliver a service. I want to help people succeed.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
Well, for starters, I’m actually a Petroleum Engineer! That usually surprises people who only know me through my creative work.

I also have a reputation for being very serious and strict, especially when I’m working. But the truth is that once you get to know me, I’m pretty fun, spontaneous, and I absolutely love dancing!

I’m also a huge animal lover, and here’s something that might ruin my tough reputation: I cry watching pretty much any movie. Seriously, it doesn’t even have to be sad! (lol)

So yes, there’s definitely a much softer and funnier side behind that serious, organized woman everyone sees at work.
