Daily Inspiration: Meet Dawn Farver

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dawn Farver.

Hi Dawn, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
My husband and I were looking for property so we could be off-grid, after 8months of looking around beautiful Tennesee we found our property it was so meant to be 118 amazing acres with 4 ponds, waterfalls incredible views, AND the most perfect beach, clear greenish water, and breathtaking bluff wall.

With all of the beauty here we knew we needed to share it with everyone.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There have been many struggles, in today’s times trying to find materials in a timely manner and finding people who want to work and not to mention crazy weather but in the end, it is always way worth it.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
My husband’s background is Fiberglass, we lived in the RV capital, Elkhart county. My husband had a very innovative process for making sidewalls for RVs which led to a very successful company that we sold 5 years later.

I’ve never colored inside the box, so when you put us together we can come up with some pretty cool ideas. And everyone will get to see that here at Seven Pines River Resort.

Who else deserves credit for your story?
I would say our 4 children, have brought in so many different ideas and perspectives. Actually, our daughter is managing a lot here at Seven Pines, couldn’t have gotten this far without her. The workers have also put in many many hours to help this become what it is.
