Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Hall.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My name is Jennifer a 32 year old suite owner & work behind the chair, I’m going on my 12th year of doing hair, and I can honestly tell you that I love it just as much as I did the day I started, I knew early on from the ripe age of 6 I wanted to do hair, I cut my Barbie’s hair all the time, I was a girly girl and always have been! I’ve booth rented most of my career but I’m going on 3 years since I opened Cactus Rose, it’s my baby, I adore my little studio and i feel my clients do to. My theme is boho/cowgirl/rustic/retro a little of it all, I barrel raced growing up so I’ve just always loved cowgirl themed things. I had a vision for cactus rose and I ran with it, I came up with the name one night, it just hit me and I was like yes that’s it.
I’m always accepting new clients,
I specialize in extensions, blonding, lived in coloring & bridal hair.
I have two amazing boys I love to watch them play baseball and basketball.
When I’m not behind the chair you’ll catch me with my sweet boyfriend Chase, and our boys.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I think for the most part it’s been smooth, I would say for me it was jumping straight into booth renting right after getting my license and graduating with zero clientele was hard but I’m grateful for that because I feel that has shaped my career

I’m so proud of the stylist I am today, I’m proud of my work and what I put into it.
I think what’s sets me apart from others is we all have a different creative side,
I love to do classes and continue educating my self with more info and today’s trends
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I love being creative outside of work
I love to make charcuterie boards, decorate, I love a party theme
