Jeremy, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
One afternoon in 2018, while navigating a YouTube rabbit hole, I discovered the topic of drain relining. It just so happened that there was going to be a trade show in Louisville 2 weeks later, so I signed up and attended. After that trade show, I somehow knew that’s what I was going to do, so I spent the next several years acquiring equipment and opened our doors January 1 2025. After spending over 20 years as a remodeling contractor, there was a learning curve, but it wasn’t a difficult transition.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road has definitely presented it’s fair share of obstacles. Since we are not second and third generation plumbers, we were starting something completely new without having a prior pool of clientele. Building a pricing book was challenging because we offer things that almost no other plumbers offer, such as descaling and hydro jetting in addition to relining. Also, almost nobody in our region knows that relining is an option since it’s relatively new for this area. The only option plumbers give their clients is dig and replace, so unfortunately, that’s all most people know.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We’re a full-service plumbing provider dedicated to delivering long-term solutions for challenging repair needs across residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal clients. We’re also passionate advocates for quality water, which is why we sell and install whole-house and reverse osmosis filtration systems to ensure clean, safe water for our customers.
Our specialties lie in water leak detection, drain cleaning, and plumbing repairs, but what truly sets us apart—and what we’re most known for—is our commitment to finesse in an industry not often associated with it. We prioritize precision with minimally invasive, highly specialized equipment that minimizes disruption while maximizing results. For instance, when descaling cast iron pipes, we use a state-of-the-art miller machine to restore them to their original inner diameter without causing any damage.
For relining drain pipes, we can make them like new through a cleanout or toilet access, avoiding any digging or disturbance to finished surfaces. We’re especially proud of our expertise in handling complex projects, such as those in historic buildings, commercial spaces, or healthcare facilities, where traditional digging is either highly inconvenient or outright impossible. This approach not only solves problems efficiently but also preserves the integrity of the spaces we work in, earning us trust from clients who value innovation and care.
Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
First and foremost – all glory to God; without whom exists no wisdom or purpose.
My wife and friend circle has been incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the entire process; offering their own skill sets to help this seedling grow.
Reality and negativity do not have to be synonymous. People can be real with you without being negative. Surrounding oneself with the right people is key.
