Daily Inspiration: Meet Kyle Elliott

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kyle Elliott.

Hi Kyle, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started my journey as an independent country artist in November of 2016. I released my first single “Anymore” in 2017. Today, I currently have 10 singles released.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
There always seem to be obstacles at every turn. However, they always seem to work out the way they’re supposed to.

There have been financial burdens and issues of relying on others to help finish songs or promote. But this journey is unique; for example the day, I released my single “Love Hangover” a Tornado hit Nashville causing quite a bit of destruction.

So the song went by the wayside as we all rallied around our community to help. And while I wish that song would’ve done much better. I can’t help but think it was meant to happen that way.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’ve been singing for as long as I’ve been able to talk. I started playing guitar at the age of 13. I’m proud of what my music is and stands for. I aim to perform for those who truly love good music.

I’m not just on stage to pass the time I want people submerged in the sound and the lyrics. If you don’t feel like you’re a part of the show then I’m doing something wrong.

What are your plans for the future?
Over the next two-three years, I plan on releasing a full 12-song album. I also plan on performing across the country with hopes to tour in Europe as well.
