Daily Inspiration: Meet Luminous Path Claudia Peralta & Jason Latham

Today we’d like to introduce you to Luminous Path Claudia Peralta & Jason Latham.

Hi Luminous Path , so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
We’re Claudia and Jason, the hearts and visionaries behind Luminous Path, and our story together began in 2022 when we fell in love.

From the very beginning, there was a shared current running beneath everything.

A desire to create more beauty, more goodness, more light in the world.

But the roots of this work that we offer together go back much further than that.

We had each spent over two decades as devoted seekers before we ever found each other.

Neither one of us were casual dabblers by any stretch. We’re both wired to go all the way in.

Between us we’ve lived inside Ayurveda, Buddhism, Kundalini yoga, EFT, Plant Medicine, Reiki, Breathwork, Energy Healing, and so much more.

Not just studying from the outside or intellectually, but letting these paths genuinely reshape us from within. Being changed by them and getting certified in those we wanted to share with the world.

That curiosity, that hunger to understand what it really means to heal and flourish as a human being, it runs deep in both of us. It’s who we are.

Luminous Path was born in 2023 from the natural overflow of all of that.

A desire to bring our combined gifts into one space and offer to others what has so powerfully guided our own journeys.

To also hold the space with the balance of Masculine and Feminine in all the work we do.

Having both men and women feel safe, seen and inspired to grow and blossom into their best selves,

There is something uniquely fulfilling about being of service in exactly the ways that have transformed our own lives.

It doesn’t feel like work. It feels like purpose, like a mission we are here to serve and walk together.

And we are honored to do so.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Neither of us arrived here by accident. The path to this work was paved with real challenges, real pain, and a lot of honest inner searching.

Jason grew up in a deeply religious environment, and for a long time that framework was all he knew. It took years of living, and eventually struggling, before he realized he needed to forge his own path. Getting sober from alcohol was a turning point.

So was doing the deep inner work around childhood trauma, learning to see the stories he had been unconsciously living out, and slowly, sometimes painfully, learning to let them go. That process didn’t just heal him. It became the foundation of everything he now offers others.

Claudia’s journey looked different from the outside but touched many of the same depths.

Growing up moving around the world meant she never had a rooted childhood in the traditional sense. There are real gifts in that – a natural curiosity for people and traditions, an openness to different ways of seeing the world, a deep sensitivity to what connects us all beneath our differences.

But there were also real challenges that eventually drew her toward the hidden side of life, toward spirituality, toward wanting to understand the human condition in a way that most people never dare to look at.

These are the rivers that flow beneath everything we do at Luminous Path.

And then there’s the wild reality of running a spiritual entrepreneurial venture!

That part is its own initiation entirely. It means wearing every hat imaginable, sometimes all on the same day. The visionary and the bookkeeper. The ceremonialist and the content creator. The healer and the business owner.

It’s a lot. We don’t pretend otherwise.

But when we see someone’s life genuinely shift through this work, when we watch someone remember who they are, when we witness hearts being opened and the light shining through, every bit of it feels completely worth it!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
What we’re both most proud of is the transformative nature of this work.

Watching someone cross a threshold they never thought they could cross, moving past old traumas, old stories, old patterns that had kept them stuck, that never gets old for us.

One of the modalities we’re most known for is Shamanic Breathwork.

It is a journey inward that takes people beyond the constant chatter of the thinking mind and into something much deeper, what we think of as the deeper ocean of the Self. That place beneath the waves where there’s stillness, clarity, and a kind of knowing that’s hard to put into words.

We’ve had countless people tell us that their lives have genuinely changed through this work. Not just a good experience, but a real before-and-after shift in how they see themselves and how they move through the world.

One thing that we feel really sets us apart is how seriously we take integration.

The ceremony or the breathwork session is just the beginning. Integration is where the real transformation takes root. It’s the lived process of learning how to channel new energy in ways that are aligned and creative, and how to wisely navigate the changes that start showing up in daily life.

Without it, insights tend to fade. With it, they become a new way of living.

What matters most to you? Why?
At the heart of everything we do is our shared mission: to help make this planet more beautiful!

We believe every person carries gifts.

Not in a vague, feel-good way, but in a real and specific way that actually matters in the larger tapestry of life on earth.

The way you love, the way you create, the way you show up for others, sing, or cook, these things matter. They ripple outward in ways you may never fully see.

What drives us most is helping people find those gifts and actually express them. Freely, unencumbered.

Without the old stories, the old wounds, the accumulated weight of everything life has piled on top of who they really are.

So much of what we carry isn’t even ours.

It’s inherited. Conditioned. And over time it can muffle the very thing the world needs most from us, our authenticity, our spark!

Through our breathwork journeys, workshops, music & voice events, international retreats, and our work with sacred plant medicines like Cacao and Hapé, we create space for people to come back to themselves.

To hear their own hearts again and to remember what they’re here to bring.

When that happens, something shifts. Not just for that one person, but for everyone they touch; it ripples out into the world in a wave of goodness.

As each of us begins to flourish and share what’s most authentically ours, the whole collective is blessed by it.

That’s not just a nice idea to us. It’s what gets us out of bed in the morning!
