My name is Maleny Mikels, I’m a profesional guitarist and composer. I’m also a certified consultant in personal growth and consciousness development

I’ve always loved music. Started playing the keyboards self-taught when I was around
five years old and then took a few lessons when I was seven.
I first fell in love with the guitar when I was eight years old. There’s something very special
about the sound and expression of the instrument that made me realize it was meant to
be my instrument. I just felt something very special inside me.
I remember listening to Ottmart Liebert and Paco de Lucía when I was a kid and being
amazed by their music and the sound of the guitar.
I actually started studying classical guitar when I was 11 or 12 years old and it wasn’t
until years later that I switched to electric guitar after listening to Mike Stern.
