We recently had the chance to connect with Damien Horne and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Damien , thank you so much for joining us today. We’re thrilled to learn more about your journey, values and what you are currently working on. Let’s start with an ice breaker: What is something outside of work that is bringing you joy lately?
I really enjoy sports. It allows me to blow off steam. I play in a city basketball league and train MMA! It also tricks me in to staying in shape!
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am professional musician, entrepreneur, and Philanthropist. I travel the world spreading Good News and Good Vibes! I have overcome an early life of violence, crime, poverty, and homelessness. I now live out my dreams and find purpose in helping others discover their purpose!
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My mama has always seen the potential I had long before I could. She has always believed I can achieve anything I wanted to and she made me a believer!
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
After High School I moved to LA but became homeless. During that time I was very close to giving up on everything, but God sent heroes my way to give me help and hope!
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What important truth do very few people agree with you on?
I don’t know if it’s something few people believe but I believe to truly discover your highest purpose you must connect with God! Who knows better what the creation is for than the Creator?
Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. If immortality were real, what would you build?
I believe immortality is real. This particular body isn’t but my spirit will live on forever! And I’m hopefully playing my role in building the kingdom that is to come! And pointing the way to the one who can give eternal life.. Yeshua
