Exploring Life & Business with Andrea Pryor of A Prestige Aesthetics and Wellnesss

Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrea Pryor.

Hi Andrea, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My journey started in women’s health over two decades ago. I began as a nurse and eventually became a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. For more than 20 years, I’ve had the honor of caring for women through every stage of life—helping them feel empowered, informed, and confident in their own skin.

That same passion for helping women feel their best led me to aesthetics. I wanted to create a space where women could address their health and beauty goals in one place—somewhere that felt both clinical and comforting. That’s how A Prestige Aesthetics & Wellness was born.

What started as a small dream has grown into a full-service medical spa in Franklin, Tennessee, offering everything from injectables and hormone therapy to weight management and advanced skin rejuvenation. I’ve built a team that shares my belief that confidence isn’t vanity—it’s wellness.

Every step of my journey has been guided by the same purpose: to help women look and feel like the very best version of themselves, inside and out.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Definitely not. There were plenty of moments where I questioned myself and wondered if I was in over my head. Starting a business while raising kids, managing a household, and still showing up fully for my patients wasn’t easy—it was survival mode for a long time. There were times I was the injector, the receptionist, the cleaner, and the accountant all in one day.

Financially, it was a leap of faith. I didn’t have investors or a big safety net—I had grit, a vision, and a deep belief that women deserved a space where they could feel seen and cared for. There were setbacks, staffing challenges, and days that ended in tears. But quitting was never an option.

Looking back now, those struggles are the reason I’m stronger and more grounded. They taught me to trust my instincts, to lead with heart, and to build something that’s not just successful—but meaningful.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
A Prestige Aesthetics & Wellness was built on one simple belief — that women deserve to look and feel their absolute best at every stage of life. We’re a medical spa located in Franklin, Tennessee, specializing in injectables, hormone therapy, weight loss, and advanced skin rejuvenation. But more than that, we’re a space where women feel seen, understood, and supported.

What sets us apart is the depth of care and experience behind every service. With over 20 years in women’s health and 8 years as an injector, I approach every treatment with both medical precision and an artist’s eye. No two women are alike, and neither are their treatment plans — every visit is designed to bring out your natural beauty and confidence.

I’m incredibly proud that our hard work and patient loyalty were recognized when A Prestige Aesthetics & Wellness was named Best of Tennessee. It was such a humbling moment and a reflection of the trust our clients place in us every day.

Our brand is rooted in empowerment. Whether it’s Botox and dermal fillers, CO₂ laser skin resurfacing, hormone and peptide therapy, customized weight loss programs, IV hydration, or medical-grade skincare, everything we do is focused on helping women feel balanced, confident, and radiant — inside and out.

At the end of the day, A Prestige isn’t just a med spa — it’s a community, a safe space, and a movement toward self-care and confidence for women who pour into everyone else and are finally choosing to pour back into themselves.

We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
Every big thing I’ve ever done started with risk. Opening A Prestige Aesthetics & Wellness was one of the biggest leaps of faith I’ve ever taken. I didn’t have investors or a blueprint — just a vision, a prayer, and a deep belief that I was meant to create something bigger than myself.

Leaving the security of a steady paycheck and stepping into entrepreneurship as a wife, mom, and healthcare provider was terrifying. There were moments of doubt and fear, but I realized that comfort never leads to growth. You can’t play it safe and expect to build something extraordinary.

I see risk as faith in motion. It’s not about being reckless — it’s about trusting your preparation, your purpose, and your ability to figure things out when life tests you. Every risk I’ve taken — whether expanding services, investing in new technology, or betting on myself — has stretched me and strengthened me.

If I’ve learned anything, it’s that the greatest rewards come on the other side of fear. You just have to be willing to leap, even when you can’t see the whole staircase.
