A Nashville, TN resident since 2005 and a native of Hoover, Alabama, I have built a distinguished career across multiple industries. After attending the University of Alabama at Birmingham, I began my professional journey with Chain Account Services as a National Account Executive, swiftly advancing to Director of National Accounts over an impressive eight-year tenure.
I then took on the role of Senior Sales Director at GCA Services Group, where he focused on the education sector across the southeast for five years. Following the company’s acquisition, he transitioned to Regional Vice President at ESS, specializing in staffing, primarily substitute teachers and paraprofessionals within the education markets.
For the past five years, I have been a dedicated real estate professional, partnering with my wife, Traci Johnson-Ardovino, at Crye-Leike – Music City Realtors. Together, we are known as “Spouses Selling Houses,” delivering exceptional real estate services across Tennessee and Alabama. Our expertise spans residential, commercial, and investment properties, providing clients with high-quality, responsive, and personalized service.

Throughout my career, I have faced and overcome numerous challenges:

3. Navigating Acquisitions and Transitions: The sale of GCA Services Group posed a significant challenge, requiring me to manage the transition smoothly and maintain team morale. His ability to lead through change was crucial in ensuring continuity and success.
4. Expanding into Real Estate: Transitioning into real estate presented its own set of challenges. I had to quickly gain a deep understanding of the business, advanced market, build an additional base to my partner/wife, and establish a reputation for excellence. Our perseverance and dedication has us a top producers in the industry.
