Hi Bobby, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
In July of 2020, we started our business during covid to help market companies in a way to survive covid. During the process we started using drones to showcase the magnitude of the projects. The more we used drones the more views ads, posts and websites received. From there our customers grew from small businesses to larger companies like Marriott and Tractor Supply.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Bobby Blevins who owns Nolensville Drone Production struggles with bipolar/PTSD, which can get a blessing and a curse. In 2023, Bobby almost shut down the business due to lack of sleep due to a manic episode that lasted for seven months. Bobby has been blessed to find an amazing group of doctors to balance his emotional and physical well-being. Nolensville Drone Production has experienced a large amount of growth with a mentally healthy Bobby in command.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Nolensville Drone Production?
Nolensville Drone Production is a team of award-winning pilots, who all reside in Nolensville, TN. Three of our pilots have graduated from Nolensville High School and MTSU with production degrees. We love keeping all the businesses that help our backbone in Nolensville. This includes our business coach, our CPA, our finances and more services. What sets us apart from others is we have won three awards in the past 17 months. One was in marketing, one was in photography and the other was in video production. There are very few jobs we can’t handle. Our team has over 3,000 flights in the air and we cover events, construction, live broadcast, tourism, and business needs. We look forward to helping customers grow their brand.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
In 2021, Nolensville Drone Production owner Bobby Blevins got to be part of the Emmy Award winning Nashville Aerial team for two years. Nashville Aerial owner Steve Horswill-Johnston was one of the key mentors in helping Nolensville Drone Production take off. His guidance helped Nolensville Drone Production grow into what it is today. We are a company based on faith and helping others.
