Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Best.
Hi Brittany, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I became a nurse in 2015, after always knowing deep down that I was meant to help people. I spent nearly a decade working in the hospital setting, where I learned not only clinical skills but also how to connect deeply with patients—during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. That time shaped me profoundly and gave me a strong foundation in compassionate, ethical care.
As fulfilling as it was, I felt a calling to serve people in a different way—still using my medical background, but bringing joy, confidence, and beauty into their lives. That’s what led me to open Finley & Co. Aesthetics, my medspa named after my daughter. I wanted to create a space where patients could feel safe, understood, and empowered—where aesthetics weren’t about vanity, but about self-care and self-love.
Getting here wasn’t easy. I faced the usual entrepreneur struggles—self-doubt, long nights, learning curves—but I kept showing up because I believed in what I was building. The support of my husband, family, and incredibly loyal patients (some of whom drive hours to sit in my chair) has been everything. It’s a dream come true to now blend my clinical skills with artistry, helping people feel healthy, confident, and beautiful.
At Finley & Co. Aesthetics, I treat my patients like friends and family. That connection, that trust—it’s the heart of everything I do. And I’m so grateful for the journey that’s brought me here.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Definitely not a smooth road—but every bump taught me something valuable. One of the biggest struggles has been finding a healthy work-life balance. As a nurse, business owner, and mom, there’s a constant pull in every direction. I care deeply about my patients and my business, but I also want to be fully present for my family. Learning how to protect my time, set boundaries, and prioritize without guilt has been a work in progress.
Another challenge has been self-confidence. Starting a business, especially in the aesthetics world, can feel intimidating. There were moments I questioned if I was qualified enough, experienced enough, or even “good enough.” But I’ve learned that confidence comes from showing up consistently—not from having everything figured out from the start. My years in the hospital gave me a strong foundation, and my patients’ trust has helped reinforce that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.
There were also the practical struggles—financial pressure, long hours, steep learning curves—but I’ve always tried to face each challenge with heart, humility, and the belief that I’m building something that matters. The journey hasn’t been easy, but it’s been worth every step.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Finley & Co. Aesthetics is a medspa that specializes in personalized, ethical aesthetic care. We offer treatments like injectables, skin rejuvenation, and wellness services—all designed to enhance natural beauty, not change who you are. What I’m known for is combining medical expertise with a deeply personal, down-to-earth approach. Patients don’t just come in for results—they come for the experience. They feel safe, heard, and like they’re in the hands of someone who genuinely cares.
What sets me apart is my heart. I’m not about chasing trends or pushing treatments. I’m about building trust, creating confidence, and honoring each individual’s unique beauty. I use my nursing background to ensure safety and precision in every service, and my goal is always to educate, empower, and uplift.
What I’m most proud of, brand-wise, is the loyalty and love from our patients. Many of them drive hours just to sit in my chair, and they often become more like friends and family than clients. That kind of trust means everything to me.
To anyone reading this: I want you to know that Finley & Co. isn’t just a medspa—it’s a space built on legacy, compassion, and intention. Whether you’re new to aesthetics or just looking for a more honest, personal experience, we’re here to help you feel like your most confident, radiant self—inside and out.
So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
There are so many ways to connect and be part of what we’re building at Finley & Co. The best way to work with me directly is by visiting the spa for a consultation—I love meeting new faces, answering questions, and helping people feel confident and cared for. Whether you’re new to aesthetics or just looking for a more personalized approach, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
You can also follow along with all the behind-the-scenes, skincare tips, treatment education, and everyday fun over on Instagram: @finleyandcoaesthetics. Engaging with me there, sharing content, and referring friends are some of the biggest ways you can show support—and I’m truly grateful for it.
And for anyone interested in collaborating—whether you’re in the beauty, wellness, or small business space—I’m always open to connecting with like-minded people who share the same values of authenticity, empowerment, and community.
At the end of the day, we’re building more than a brand—we’re building a space that feels like home. And we’d love for you to be a part of it.
