It all started in 2014 while I was working in the retail banking industry as a small business loan underwriter–a job that was not part of the original plan. I was overdue for a change, feeling underutilized, unfulfilled, and completely depleted.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Surely not! I had to completely rebrand myself, reestablish my confidence, and build a whole new career, all while worrying about how the heck I was going to make nearly enough money to keep the lights on and feed my dog.

We’ve been impressed with QueenSuite Coaching, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
QueenSuite is a personal and professional development company dedicated to providing businesses and professional leaders solutions through coaching, leadership assessments, experiential training, and motivational speaking. Through coaching, my mission is to inspire, nurture, reset, and empower leadership, personal growth, and professional development one question at a time.

My vision is for professionals who find themselves in the minority, disengaged, and disempowered to achieve success and balance (qi), however, you define it and design it, because you truly have the answers within and it is my honor and privilege to give more power to your purpose.

My coaching philosophy is grounded in my belief that you can powerfully change and create balance in your life, positively impact your community, and achieve success however you define it and design it simply by advocating for yourself first and knowing when to RESET™. Is something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
I have two Easter eggs in my logo. The word “Qi” and a person with their arms uplifted are both embedded in there by design.
