Hi Darnnelle, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today.
I was going through a break-up and I needed beard oil for my beard. My creative juices began to flow and BOOM. The Carter Collective Beard Oil was birthed.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been a smooth road. Nothing good comes to a sleeper or sluggard they say. Finances and finding the customers who are consistent.

The Carter Collective is a beard oil and consulting company. The beard oil is what I am known for. The Consulting and Men’s Mental Health are still under construction. I am most proud that The Carter Collective is making waves and in the ears of people, I have yet to meet.

Please know that beard oil is also used for hair growth and a massage oil. The services that I offer consist of beard oil and men’s insight into mental health. That means being a better man from the inside out. Consulting speaks for itself.

Do not give up. Stay the course and always be true to your core beliefs.
