Exploring Life & Business with Diana Warpool of DW Multiservices LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Diana Warpool.

Hi Diana, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Diana Warpool, and I am the founder of DW Multiservices LLC in Tennessee. My journey into this work was not something I originally planned—it began during one of the most uncertain moments of my life.

I came to the United States on vacation during the COVID-19 pandemic, but when the borders closed and travel restrictions were implemented, I found myself literally stuck here. During that time, I faced many economic and legal challenges related to working and building stability in a new country.

Those experiences opened my eyes to how difficult it can be for many immigrants, especially within the Hispanic community, to navigate systems, paperwork, and important processes in the United States. Because I speak English, I was able to learn quickly, advocate for myself, and begin helping others who were going through similar situations.

What started as helping people with simple questions and forms, soon grew into something much bigger. I decided to prepare myself professionally so I could offer reliable and ethical services to the community.

I started my business with the goal of helping individuals, families, and small business owners navigate services that often feel complicated—such as taxes, business formation, and administrative processes.

Like many entrepreneurs, my journey started by helping people in my community with simple questions and paperwork.

Today, through DW Multiservices LLC, I assist clients with tax preparation, business services, notary services, and other professional support. My focus has always been to provide honest guidance, clear information, and reliable service so that my clients can make better financial and business decisions.

My journey has been built on hard work, learning, and a genuine desire to serve my community, and I continue to grow the business while helping others build their own opportunities.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it definitely has not been a smooth road. Before coming to the United States, I had been living in Australia for four years. Around that time, I had just finished a cancer treatment and decided to take a short vacation to meet with my parents and my brother in the United States. None of us actually lived here—my parents and my brother were living in Colombia, and I was living in Australia. We simply chose the United States as a place to spend some time together as a family before returning to our respective countries.

However, when the COVID-19 pandemic began and travel restrictions were implemented, everything changed. Borders closed and flights were cancelled, and suddenly we found ourselves unable to return—neither I to Australia nor my parents and brother back to Colombia. What was meant to be a short family vacation turned into an unexpected situation where we had to figure out how to move forward in a country that was never part of our original plans.

From that moment, the process became one of survival and learning. We had visited the United States before as tourists, but never with the intention of staying or building a life here. I had to begin understanding how the systems worked, how to navigate paperwork, and how to create stability in a completely new environment.

Along the way I learned a lot. I met many people, heard many stories, and experienced both generosity and hardship. Like many immigrants, I also faced moments where I lost money or trusted people who were not truly interested in helping, but instead took advantage of those who do not fully understand the system.

Those experiences became one of my biggest motivations. They pushed me to educate myself, learn the processes, and eventually dedicate my work to helping others who might be going through situations similar to mine. My goal became to make the path easier for others—especially for people in the Hispanic community who may feel lost or vulnerable when trying to navigate complicated systems.

Looking back, I truly believe that God sometimes places us on unexpected paths. What began as a very uncertain and challenging moment eventually became the foundation of the work I do today: helping others find guidance, clarity, and trustworthy support.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
DW Multiservices LLC is a community-focused business dedicated to helping individuals, families, and small business owners navigate essential services that can often feel confusing or overwhelming. Our mission is to provide reliable guidance, professional support, and accessible solutions—especially for members of the Hispanic community who may need assistance understanding processes in the United States.

We specialize in a wide range of services designed to simplify everyday administrative and financial needs. These include tax preparation, ITIN applications (W7), business formation and consulting, bookkeeping for businesses, notary and apostille services, civil marriage officiation, and document translation. In addition, we assist clients with insurance solutions such as vehicle insurance, home insurance, business insurance, workers’ compensation, liability coverage, and insurance policy audits to ensure businesses are properly protected.

What sets DW Multiservices apart is the personal experience and understanding behind the business. Our work is rooted in real-life challenges that many immigrants and entrepreneurs face when trying to navigate systems that are unfamiliar or complex. Because of this, we focus not only on providing services but also on educating and empowering our clients so they can make informed decisions for themselves, their families, and their businesses.

Brand-wise, what we are most proud of is the trust we have built within our community. Many of our clients come to us through referrals, which reflects the relationships we have developed through honest guidance, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

At DW Multiservices LLC, we strive to be more than a service provider—we aim to be a reliable resource, a guide, and a partner for individuals and business owners who are working to build stability and opportunity in their lives.

What makes you happy?
What makes me happiest is knowing that the work I do truly helps people move forward in their lives. Many of the individuals and families I work with come to me feeling overwhelmed, confused, or even afraid because they don’t understand certain systems or processes. Being able to guide them, simplify those steps, and see the relief and confidence they gain is incredibly rewarding.

It also makes me happy to know that my own life experiences—both the difficult and the positive ones—have given me the ability to support others in a meaningful way. When someone tells me that I helped them start their business, solve a complicated issue, or simply feel less alone while navigating something new, it reminds me why I started this journey.

Beyond the business side, what brings me the most joy is being able to build something that not only supports my family but also contributes positively to my community. Seeing people grow, succeed, and gain confidence because of the support they received is what truly fulfills me.
