Exploring Life & Business with Falon Veit of EES Agency

Today we’d like to introduce you to Falon Veit.

Hi Falon, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started working in events when I was 17 years old, long before I ever thought it could be a career. I found myself drawn to the energy and precision that comes with orchestrating moments that bring people together. Over time, that love for creating meaningful experiences became something bigger, a calling. After working in both the nonprofit and corporate event industries, I took the leap and founded EES Agency.

What started as a small, scrappy idea built from my spare bedroom has grown into a nationally recognized experiential firm known for producing events that make people feel something. I built EES without outside capital: Just grit, creativity, and a relentless drive to do things differently. Along the way, I also launched The Viviendo Foundation, which helps fund nonprofit initiatives and community organizations across Middle Tennessee.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not even close, but that’s where the real lessons live. I faced the same fears most entrepreneurs do: Self-doubt, burnout, and the pressure to constantly prove myself in a fast-moving industry.
In the early years, I wore every hat – sales, production, design, logistics – and learned that leadership means knowing when to let go. Building without outside investment required a different kind of discipline; every dollar had to work twice as hard. But those challenges shaped my leadership style. They taught me that resilience isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about pacing yourself, building strong teams, and leading with heart.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about EES Agency?
EES Agency is a full-service experiential firm that produces global events, meetings, and brand experiences for corporate and nonprofit clients. We blend strategy and creativity to help brands connect through unforgettable moments.

What sets us apart is our ability to merge flawless execution with emotional intelligence. Our clients trust us to handle everything, from concept to completion, while delivering experiences that feel authentic, intentional, and human.

I’m proud that EES has been named one of the 50 Fastest-Growing Women-Owned Companies in the Nation by the Women Presidents Organization and Best Places to Work in Middle Tennessee. But even more than awards, I’m proud of the culture we’ve built, one rooted in loyalty, accountability, and genuine care.

What are your plans for the future?
We’re expanding the EES Agency focus into new markets, including Miami, which is an exciting next step for us. Personally, I’m focusing more on speaking, mentoring, and developing my personal brand to help other entrepreneurs lead boldly and build businesses that reflect their values.

I’m passionate about conversations that challenge the way we think about success, leadership, and balance. The future for me is about evolution—growing, learning, and helping others do the same.
