Hi Gunnar, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
From kicking footballs to closing deals, you’re looking at one of Nashville’s top real estate agents right here in the heart of the city! For the past five years, I have been working as a realtor in Louisiana, where I honed my skills and built a reputation for excellence. Now, I am thrilled to be one of the top agents here in Nashville. My journey in real estate has been incredibly rewarding, and I am excited to continue changing clients’ lives here in Nashville, whether they are moving from a different state or just a neighborhood away. My commitment to my clients is unwavering, and I strive to make their transitions as smooth and successful as possible. Additionally, I am a contractor with my family construction business, where my father is the head contractor and my mother is our interior designer. They have been one of the top contractors in Lafayette for over 30 years. This extensive experience allows me to know exactly what your home or future home is worth and what it can be worth in the future!
I was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, where I attended Saint Thomas More Catholic High School and went on to play football for the University of Alabama under Head Coach Nick Saban. During my time there, I was awarded a National Championship, SEC Honor Roll, Two SEC Championships, Special Team’s Player of the Week, and Dean’s List honors. Afterward, I transferred to McNeese State University, where I excelled, earning accolades such as a 2x All-American,
All-Conference, All-Louisiana Team, Special Teams MVP, Jim Downing Memorial Senior Scholarship Award, and leading McNeese in scoring all three years I attended. I was also on the President’s Honor List, Southland Conference Academic Honor Roll, and was inducted into the McNeese Football Hall of Fame. I graduated Cum Laude from McNeese State University in Spring 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Management with an emphasis in Business and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
In addition to my real estate career, I am the owner and Head Coach of OneOnOneKickingNashville Division, coaching and recruiting kickers, punters, and snappers from elementary school all the way up to college. Where I am very proud to say that I have helped receive 75+ young men scholarship to play college football; I have been doing this for the past 7 years and I love every minute, achieving these young men’s dreams! My dedication to everything I undertake is a testament to my determination for success. I also own a social media marketing company called Immediate Impact Digital Solutions, where I manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities, including developing relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers and creating, curating, editing, posting, and managing all published content.
Last but surely not least….. and not even two months ago, I started my own snowcone business here in Nashville, called
Hot Boy’s Snowballs!! Me being from Louisiana, I decided I want to share our New Orleans Style Snowball!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I recently moved to Nashville about a year ago, and I’m ready to make a big impact in everything I do. I always give 110% because I was coached by the best, Coach Saban, who instilled in me the values of hard work, dedication, and excellence. The lessons I learned from him go beyond the football field and apply to all aspects of life.
