Today we’d like to introduce you to Isabella Fuerst.

Hi Isabella, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My name is Isabella Fuerst. I have been a realtor in the SWFL area for now 7 years. The beginnings of my career have been a daily uphill battle with no handouts. During my first few months in the business, I was only able to get rental clients and worked 7 days a week into the midnight hours to find rental properties for my clients.

My first paycheck after I had worked relentlessly for months was $1100 not enough to cover my bills that kept adding up and having drained my savings account, I even had to borrow one month’s rent check from my broker at the time. I was driving to an appointment one morning when my car stopped in the middle of traffic as my AC compressor blew. It got to the point where I had to pawn a ring to pay for my horse’s board for a few months so, fed up with not getting ahead and working relentlessly without any success or pay, I walked into my broker’s office and said I am a 30% closer but if I don’t have any people to close, I can’t make it. He in return put me on numerous lead systems he had access to and within a few months, I had 5 sales under my belt.

From that moment on, my hard work has paid off, and ever since then, I have increased my transactions and sales volume year after year. Now, I can proudly say I am one of the true top-producing agents in the southwest Florida area and have a lot of other agents follow me and look up to me as I have shown through hard work and persistence that you can make it no matter where you are from or who you know. I currently am the principal agent of my team of agents and have just hired the 11th member of that team.

I train my agents every week to ensure we are always up to date on the newest and most initiative tools, rules, and more that make for success in the business. Last year my personal sales volume was 83 Transactions amassing a total of $41,918,339.

I have lived in lots of beautiful places but can say that Naples and SWFL Florida have the best lifestyle. There is something to be said about this small beach town feel you get and the weather is, I would say, 98% incredible. Growing up in Obernzell Germany I can call myself a true Bavarian girl hahaha, I have paid my dues from the long cold winter days freezing waiting for the bus in the morning when it was pitch black outside to coming home from school and it being already dark at 4 pm. Every day I say thank you for the people I have in my life and the things I got to experience and have accomplished.

With hard work and persistence, I was able to buy my dream property in the summer of 2020. I completely remodeled it and did numerous things to the landscaping of the home. Preparing to get ready for my wedding in May 2023, I even gave the barn a new facelift and the colors reflect the front of the house which is of a dreamy French château cottage with an English garden and lots of fountains attached.

A true paradise. I married the love of my life and couldn’t be happier and feel more accomplished. Of course, I had to kiss some toads to get to the prince. So, the moral of my story is do not ever give up and know your worth, work hard and take care of people and you will succeed in the goals you have set for yourself.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
In a business with so many competitors, it is a constant struggle to stay on top.

There are daily challenges and obstacles to overcome but I feel like those are learning experiences and lessons and that is what makes me the strong and good realtor I am. If everything was easy everyone would do it and it wouldn’t be a challenge

As a passionate equestrian, Isabella refers to the property business, as a game of polo. “It’s all about team spirit and dynamism,” she says. It’s those same principles that have shaped her inevitable success.

Originally from Passau, Germany she studied at the College of Further Education in Nuremberg, Germany. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business and Communications and has been a licensed real estate professional for more than 14 years. The beginnings of her real estate career took place in the Hawaiian real estate market. She excelled in the hospitality industry selling Timeshare and vacations with Diamond Resorts International, Shell Vacation Club by Wyndham, and Starwood Resorts.

She took her knowledge and tools acquired there to a career in real estate here in Southwest Florida. Isabella has a team of agents that work under “The Fuerst Team” helping her to provide the support and the above-and-beyond customer service she provides to her clients. She covers Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral.
