Today we’d like to introduce you to Lauren Zoeller.
Hi Lauren, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Where to begin…
Well, I moved to Nashville in 2012 with a management deal that promised me two albums and a tour that would “take me to the top”.
But when management sat me down to tell me what I should be wearing on stage, I broke my contract.
Everyone was in shock. I didn’t have a back up plan, but I knew there was no other choice.
As I was searching for “what’s next”, I landed a corporate sales job and crushed it.
I was on track to be the top seller in the field by the end of my second year.
But when I found myself sobbing in my car after a lucky escape from a very sketchy sales situation, I quit.
Everyone was in shock. I didn’t have a back up plan, but I knew there was no other choice.
After leaving the corporate world, I found yoga and hired my first coach
I made the decision to complete my coaching certification and at the same time, a friend approached me about opening a yoga studio.
I immediately said yes.
But still, two months after opening our doors, I found myself thinking “I know there is something more for me” and so I left the partnership.
I didn’t have a back up plan, everyone was in shock, but guess what?
I knew that there was no other choice.
That is when I launched my coaching practice.
At the beginning, I specialized in helping burned out, corporate executives access balance between their work and home life.
It was wildly successful, yet two years in I woke up in a panic.
There it was again….
That sinking feeling that something needed to shift, but this time it was different.
I knew I was being called to something bigger.
I knew I had NO OTHER choice but to follow the whisper.
And yet, what seemingly looked like I was lost again became the moment I realized that every other “no other choice” was all in divine timing.
I was being guided.
The result of following that whisper led me to a space of my own deep, healing and ultimately, resulted in a life that I never thought was possible.
It led me to a soul centered, aligned partnership, cleared up years of physical health ailments, skyrocketed my financial security…
And most of all, aligned me with my God given mission to help women access the same reality for themselves.
My coaching practice is now centered around helping women heal the blocks that are keeping them from the life they love to wake up to in the morning, and I am deeply grateful.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Being an entrepreneur is definitely a roller coaster ride and part of the struggle with owning my own business has been finding time to make sure that I take care of myself.
When I first started my entrepreneurial journey, I felt suffocated.
I was dedicated to the “grind & hustle” to pay my dues.
I played “super coach” without boundaries to prove myself to my clients.
I only operated at 110% because I truly thought my inherit value was based on praise and the money I made.
I created such an expectation that anything less than 110% meant I wasn’t enough.
And what I actually needed was…
Permission and a hall pass from myself to take a nap.
Grace to know that I didn’t need to prove myself to anyone.
Freedom from the “Good Girl Report Card” where nothing less than an A+ was enough.
Honestly…
For years, I was burned out & exhausted.
I couldn’t slow down.
But since then, I’ve learned a lot.
I have learned that how I lead is an extension of who I am BEING.
It’s not about DOING more.
Since I have worked on healing my worth, my career feels like it is a true extension of who I am and what I was put on this earth to do.
It is all a part of growth as a human and as an entrepreneur.

I have achieved overwhelming success in helping high-performing females attract a dream relationship and a life they crave. I am also the creator of The Aligned Attraction Framework™, a cutting-edge coaching program that teaches women how to heal their nervous system to eradicate the subconscious blocks that are keeping them from attracting love and a life they crave. My own story of overcoming deep shame has led me to advocate for all women to heal, own their story, use their voice and step into an aligned, vibrant life.
