Today we’d like to introduce you to Mike Rozhkov.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I used to live in Charlotte, NC. I worked for a moving company there. We had lots of jobs in Nashville, so I went here often. I always liked Nashville’s atmosphere and vibe this city has. Then, when I came to the realization that it was time to open my own company, I had no doubt it had to be Nashville.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It wasn’t easy. I often think about that rough time, because I was the only one who came here to start the business from scratch. But now, having 5 wonderful teams working for me.

All of our employees are from different countries all over the world. We all became a family here, taking care of each other and of our customers!

We’re a small local business in Nashville, TN. We’re a moving company, do moving all over the states. All of our employees live here in Nashville.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
All of our employees go through the training process. We are the professionals who take care of people!
