Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My business started out as a hobby. Back in 2012 I tried my hand at sewing; then began making clothes for class mates, and myself. Now I have a business and website where I take custom commissioned orders, whether they’re local or worldwide. So far I’ve shipped to about 30 states, and also Great Britain, and I dont plan on slowing down anytime soon.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Running a business hasn’t always been easy, but always very rewarding. I’ve been a full time student for the majority of my business, so juggling academics, and initially sports during high school, was truly a task. The most difficult time of business for me, as I’m sure it was for everyone with a business, was during the pandemic. Through it all I’ve managed to persevere and keep ShopNai going.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about ShopNai?
ShopNai is my brain child encompassing all facets of my personality. “For the Rich At Heart” is the phrase I’ve coined to my brand, because my focus is high quality goods and customer service, for the everyday person. My brand stands out because each and every product is unique and handmade by me. From the clothing, to the skin care and home decor, I source, create, and market each product on my own, with the help of reviews from my amazing clients of course.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
Persistence is one trait that has kept me going this far. Times won’t always be easy, but being dedicated to getting the job done, couples with communication and honesty will always lend to stellar results.
