Exploring Life & Business with Raymel Moleiro of Moleiro Productions Llc

Today we’d like to introduce you to Raymel Moleiro.

Hi Raymel, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I arrived in Nashville 10 years ago with a professional background in Cuba as an actor, director, and producer. That foundation shaped my beginnings, but what truly defines my journey is what I’ve built here.

I founded Moleiro Productions, a company focused on audiovisual production, marketing, and the organization of social and corporate events. We specialize in creating high-level experiences that don’t just bring people together, but actually position businesses and brands for growth.

Through that work, I also developed City Community Business, an independent business community built on collaboration rather than competition—where entrepreneurs support each other and grow together. In addition, I created the Raíces e Impacto Business Awards and the magazine under the same name, both focused on recognizing and elevating the impact, trajectory, and success of businesses in Nashville.

Today, my focus is on continuing to build platforms that create real visibility, meaningful connections, and long-term growth within the business community.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t been an easy transition. Moving from Cuba to Nashville meant adapting to a new culture, a different way of doing business, and a completely new environment.

As an artist, director, and acting coach, my foundation has always been in theater and performance. That hasn’t changed, but it has evolved. My artistic background is now integrated with event production and the business world, creating a bridge between art and entrepreneurship.

At the same time, through CREI.TN, I’m involved in initiatives that go beyond the arts, including wellness, education, and community development. Within that space, I occasionally lead acting workshops for both children and adults, and I’m currently directing and performing in a new 45-minute stage production that will be premiering soon.

Overall, it’s been a continuous process of adaptation and growth, where the artistic identity remains present while expanding into new opportunities and projects within the city.

As you know, we’re big fans of Moleiro Productions Llc. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Moleiro Productions is a Nashville-based company focused on audiovisual production, marketing, and the creation of high-level social and corporate events. Its core approach is to transform each event into a strategic platform for visibility, brand positioning, and meaningful business connections.

The brand stands out for its clear vision: integrating creativity, artistic direction, and business strategy into every project, with strong attention to detail to deliver structured, intentional, and cohesive experiences.

Through this approach, Moleiro Productions has contributed to raising the standard of business events within Nashville’s community, creating spaces where companies find real value and consistently seek to be part of.

Beyond its services, the company has also developed initiatives such as City Community Business, an independent business community that promotes collaboration, and the Raíces e Impacto Business Awards and magazine, which recognize and elevate the impact and growth of businesses in the city.

At its core, Moleiro Productions represents a way of doing things: with vision, structure, and a defined standard that builds trust, positioning, and long-term growth.

What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
What I love most about Nashville is its growth and the opportunities it offers. It’s a city where new ideas, businesses, and connections are constantly emerging, making it an ideal place to develop projects and build community.

What I like the least is that, despite that growth, there is still a need for more integration, empathy, and collaboration—especially within our community. Sometimes not everyone sees it the same way, and that can limit the true potential that comes from working together.

I strongly believe that real progress happens when we stop seeing ourselves as separate and start building collectively. That’s the mindset I aim to bring into every project: creating spaces where connections flow with purpose and growth is shared.
