Rustler Hat Co. is a custom hat shop that mixes the new Nashville with the old Nashville roots. We wanted to create a place where people could walk in, immediately feel invited into our store, and walk out with a custom hat the same day. We saw that there weren’t any places offering that in our city and after searching for some places to open a storefront, we found our perfect spot in the Gulch. Rustler Hat Co. is where you go in for a hat and leave with an experience you’ll never forget.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Since opening just over a month ago, the road has been a whirlwind. Our storefront has been packed almost every day and the amount of people we’ve had come through has been so much fun. Our biggest challenge yet has been to keep our shelves stocked. As anyone in retail knows, supply chain has been tough lately and we are no exception. We’ve just tried our best to sell what we have available and keep our customers smiling. It is a welcomed obstacle to face.
