Hi Ryan Blake, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
After a poor experience with a local home inspection company, I decided to start one.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not really, in addition to getting licensed under the state requirements, and multiple startup costs/hiccups, you have to drum up business from square one.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We strive to set a new standard for home inspection and radon testing services for Middle Tennessee. We treat every home as if a family member were purchasing it. Our reports are incredibly detailed and descriptive, yet they also help keep things in a healthy perspective. I am most proud of surrounding myself with honest, hardworking, and fun people. When you work with this kind of people every day, your work-life does not seem so much like work! For us, this means excellent employees, friendly clients, and awesome real estate agents.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
Treating people like you would want to be treated.
