Exploring Life & Business with Tiffany R Easley of Tiffany R. Easley Enterprises Inc. /S.O.A.R.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany R Easley.

Alright, thank you for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us how you got started?
Diagnosed with ovarian cancer at the age of three, hydrocephalus (water on the brain), and an inoperable cyst at the age of six, infertility at the age of 9, and then at 19, having a major setback after brain surgery, I found myself feeling hopeless, frustrated, and angry after experiencing so many illnesses.

After recuperating from the major setback, I prayed to God, asking Him why and what was next? The word SOAR came to mind, and I wrote the word “SOAR” in my journal in 2012. SOAR became the platform for my business, Tiffany R. Easley Enterprises, which helps professional women SOAR beyond the diagnosis and redesign their lifestyle and SOAR.

I aim to create a safe space for women to feel encouraged and empowered. Today, I host The Tiffany Easley TV Show and the SOAR After A Diagnosis podcast. I also speak to women in corporate America, reminding them – authenticity is their superpower.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has not been a smooth road. There were struggles along the way, but as I think back to the moments of struggle, they have become my blessings. I struggled with believing in myself and my ability to make a difference in the lives of other women who have faced chronic illnesses. I struggled with having no start-up capital and funding my business with my own money. I struggled with the understanding there was room for me to influence the market if I was willing to do the work.

We’ve been impressed with Tiffany R. Easley Enterprises Inc. /S.O.A.R., but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lessons I have learned along my journey are:
1. To believe in yourself (you can do anything you desire when you put in the work)
2. Invest in your personal and professional development often
3. Protect your brand and business by filing the appropriate paperwork
4 Collaborate. Collaborate. Collaborate (build a team that will help you grow and remain relevant in the market)
