Today we’d like to introduce you to Whitney Lowe.
Hi Whitney, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I have always loved to take photos whether that be on my phone, or a store bought camera my grandparents had laying around! I am the person who constantly has to remember the moment by taking a photo, and I knew I wanted to use that passion for other families/couples!! I used my sister that is 12 years younger than I am as my muse from 2015 to now. I had my first kiddo in 2023 and after that I knew I wanted to be able to do what I love FULL TIME and make my own schedule as well as be able to stay home with my kiddo. Now flash forward to 2026, I have been full time for 2 years and have 2 kiddos, almost 3 year old toddler boy and almost 1 year old angel girl! I am so glad I get to do all the things I love to do and have been practicing for over a decade!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
With covid and having my own children and navigating being a SAHM as well as someone trying to grow a business from scratch there has definitely been ups and downs, but nonetheless worth it!
We’ve been impressed with Wsphotography , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a lifestyle photographer focusing mainly on growing in the wedding industry. I love getting to be apart of my couples days and be the stable rock they need and to be able to relax, and know I will capture the whole day of emotion for them!
I love that I can be my trueself and advertise myself as my own brand
