Hi Audrey, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I began Apiphany 7 years ago, which started as just a hobby. Within my first year I participated in many local shops and pop up events across Memphis. Quickly Apiphany grew, I was solely online based. But Covid came and I lost my job and was forced to go full force in candle making. I started door to door deliveries with my clients. I would post online people would place there orders by Thursday & I would take them to customers all across the Memphis & Mississippi region. By Mothers Day of 2020 my business partner & I signed our lease to our space now, Wilson’s Grooming Gallery & Apiphany Candles. Which we are now coming up on our 5 year Anniversary. We now offer a range of retail candles, floral arrangements and fragrance along with candle making classes and parties.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has been a smooth road for the most part. But every vision comes with trial & error. A lot of money invested but over all we have had a great run.

Truly it’s no place like Wilson’s Grooming Gallery – Apiphany Candles. We are the first Grooming Salon & Candle store in Memphis. We have barbers, candles, chiropractor, stylists, an esthetician and also my tax office Noble Tax Group LLC. It’s honestly a lot of our customers & clients safe space. It’s always a vibe, it’s never a dull moment. I’m most proud of the community we have built within the building. So many amazing customers, definitely a gem
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Our overall sacrifice to be where we are now. It took a lot of separation with a lot of thing to get to where we are. A lot of hard work and dedication made us who we are now. And this all started with just a thought
