Hidden Gems: Meet Blair Miller of Chaos Creators Entertainment

Today we’d like to introduce you to Blair Miller

Hi Blair, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I moved to Nashville, TN from Carmel, CA in 2014 to study Music Business at Belmont University. During my time at Belmont, I interned with Scooter Braun’s SB Projects, Atlantic Records, Universal Music Group, Warner Music Nashville, The Recording Academy (Nashville), the Country Music Association (CMA), and Crowd Surf. Immediately after graduating from Belmont University, I worked at a marketing agency in Nashville, TN where I supported social media and tour marketing for artists such as Brad Paisley and Chris Young.

A year later, I was handpicked by the father of the Jonas Brothers to start a marketing agency, where I guided Franklin Jonas’ explosive TikTok growth and limited-edition merch drop, led campaigns with influencers such as Charli D’Amelio, Lil Huddy, Avani, and Bella Poarch, and helped sustain viral hits like PUBLIC’s “Make You Mine” (550 million streams) and Lanie Gardner’s cover of “Dreams” (40+ million views and nearly 800,000 new followers in a month), followed by a surprise remix of the song with David Guetta.

Building on these experiences, I founded my marketing agency, Chaos Creators. Through Chaos Creators, I’ve supported Dasha’s viral song “Austin,” managed social media marketing for Kassi Ashton who was nominated for ACM New Female Artist of the Year 2024, and filmed man-on-the-street videos for Kroger, including their 2024 April Fools, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day content. I’ve also ideated and executed creative campaigns for Nashville Briefing, filming red carpet interviews at award shows like the CMAs, CMTs, and ACMs, marketing podcast interviews and livestream collaborations with artists such as Keith Urban, Bobby Bones, Brad Paisley, Hunter Hayes, Jake Scott, Colbie Caillat, and creating print magazines in partnership with the ACM Awards and Country Radio Seminar.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but the obstacles have pushed me to reach new heights I didn’t know I was capable of. One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced is imposter syndrome—constantly questioning whether I belong in the spaces I’ve worked so hard to enter. I make sure to remind myself that I wouldn’t have these opportunities if I hadn’t put in the work to get here, and I deserve to be where I am.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Chaos Creators is a boutique entertainment marketing agency dedicated to out-of-the-box social media marketing, fan engagement, and short form content creation. We are digital storytellers who develop cohesive brands and engaged fanbases for artists and creators. From on-site TikTok filming and editing, to rollout campaigns and content calendars, we use our extensive knowledge of Gen Z and TikTok culture to merge creativity and strategy.

What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I’ve learned along my journey is to “do it scared.” Even if fear is present, it’s essential to pursue your dreams and goals because if you don’t, someone else will. So why shouldn’t it be you? Taking action, even when scared, is what pushes you toward growth and success.
