Hidden Gems: Meet Jackie Beita of Jackie Beita, REALTOR® | CENTURY 21 Platinum Properties

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jackie Beita.

Hi Jackie, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I didn’t come into real estate chasing sales or titles—I came into it because I’ve spent my life caring for people when the stakes are high.

Before real estate, I was a pediatric nurse. Every shift taught me how to listen closely, advocate without hesitation, and remain steady when emotions and pressure run high. Those lessons didn’t leave me when I changed careers—they became the foundation of how I serve my clients today.

Real estate, at its core, is about people navigating change. Sometimes it’s exciting. Sometimes it’s overwhelming. Often, it’s both. I saw early on that many buyers and sellers weren’t just looking for an agent—they were looking for someone they could trust to guide them with clarity, honesty, and calm. That’s where I knew I belonged.

As a bilingual agent and military mom with a son currently serving on active duty, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding—especially for military families, VA buyers, and relocating clients. I understand timelines, pressure, distance, and what it means to protect someone’s goals when they can’t always be present.

My business has grown through relationships, referrals, and consistency—not shortcuts. Today, I’m a top-ranked agent in Tennessee, specializing in residential sales, VA transactions, and listings across Middle Tennessee. But what matters most to me isn’t the volume—it’s the reputation. My clients know I communicate clearly, negotiate thoughtfully, and stay fully engaged from the first conversation through closing and beyond.

I approach every transaction with the same mindset I had as a nurse: be prepared, be honest, and put people first. Homes change hands, markets shift, but trust is what lasts—and that’s what I work to earn every single time.

If you’re looking for someone who will treat your goals with care, your time with respect, and your trust as something sacred, I would be honored to help guide your next move.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all—and I say that with gratitude.

Like many meaningful paths, this one came with steep learning curves, long hours, and seasons that tested both my confidence and endurance. Transitioning from healthcare into real estate meant rebuilding from the ground up—learning a new industry, establishing credibility, and doing so in a market that doesn’t slow down for anyone.

As a bilingual, woman-owned business owner deeply connected to the military community… I’ve also had to navigate complexity on multiple fronts at once—serving clients across counties, managing heavy travel, working with out-of-state buyers, and balancing high expectations with very real personal responsibilities. There were moments where the workload was intense, the stakes were high, and the margin for error was slim.

I’ve faced emotional challenges as well—walking clients through difficult transitions, losses, and uncertainty while still showing up fully present and professional. That required learning how to lead with empathy without burning out, and how to set boundaries while still delivering exceptional service.

What carried me through was discipline, faith, and an unwavering commitment to doing right by my clients. Every challenge sharpened my systems, strengthened my communication, and reinforced the kind of agent I wanted to be—one who is steady, prepared, and deeply invested in outcomes, not just transactions.

The road wasn’t smooth—but it made me resilient, intentional, and grounded. And today, those lessons allow me to serve my clients with clarity, confidence, and care, even when the road ahead feels uncertain for them.
