Hi Jennifer, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
During my career in politics, I met business owners, lobbyists, and many others who needed an assistant. Most needed an assistant for just a few hours a week, not full-time, but didn’t want to hire someone and have the responsibilities of an employee – with that, these individuals would continue to drown in their daily “to-do” list. I recognized this need and decided to create a virtual assistant firm to meet the assistant need. Today we assist dozens of business owners in all industries so they can continue to grow their businesses and spend time doing what they love most.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a smooth road?
Some months are smooth sailing, and other months are a real struggle. We continue to grow and become more efficient. However, I believe that owning a business will always have struggles along the way.

Who else deserves credit for your story?
My kids have been my biggest supporters and have given me the grace to succeed. Checking e-mails during lacrosse games and being late for pick-up because of a last-minute client deadline comes with costs that only grace can cover.
