Hi Jersey, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Im originally from New Jersey. I moved to Nashville at first to be with family . As years went on I started explore the music business field and loved it . I put a plan in place and took action . The south has become a second home for me . I am a cleaning business owner , an A&R , a music business admin , and a growing model for Habits365 out of New York City . I love Habits because it focuses on daily habits to keep you positive and motivated in the right direction . The clothes are creative and great quality as well . My cleaning business will be back up and running in January of 2027 . I closed down in 24 due to not having enough staff . Keeping good hard working people around is sometimes tough, but not impossible. I try to keep that in mind as I’m going forward . Hey, nothing beats a failure but a try . My admin work is done through my LLC Dolo Entertainment . Business, Music ,Art , we are growing and developing more each year . As I learn and navigate thru the music industries walls my goal is to help creatives have the support they need to stand independently .
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It has been a rocky road . Owning businesses comes with many obstacles. As a female especially, I face many road blocks daily . I push myself through these obstacles by focusing on my goal and remaining positive. It always smoothes out in the end as long as you don’t give up !

Take Your Time . Build a strong foundation and even when it gets rough , don’t deviate from your plans . Starting out I knew nothing , but through research I learned everything I needed.Staying a student to your craft is something that I learned helped me through the smooth and rough periods
