Hidden Gems: Meet Mariana Macias of Macoaching Services

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mariana Macias. 

Hi Mariana, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstories.
I started 5 years ago, after a terrible accident but at the same time a spiritual awakening. I studied marketing as a career, I did a master’s degree abroad and my internships were with a Life Coach. That was the first time I heard the word “coaching”; I worked with that life coach for a while and fell in love with coaching. I took the process as a client and my life completely changed. I fell in love with the process so much that I chose to do the certification as a life coach and from there I specialized as a performance & biz coach. I started working part-time as a life coach and part-time as a freelancer marketing agent, but in less than 3 months after I graduated from my life coach certification, I decided to go for the full-time coaching life! I started my own business, I started coaching different people on helping them finding their life purpose, healing, and transforming their limiting beliefs until I found my niche! Today I’d been coaching and serving high top performers, biz leaders (C-suite) & entrepreneurs. I coach and train for several international companies such as Salesforce, The North Face, Colgate, Immunotec, among others. I also host retreats in Mexico and in the States! 

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Smooth? It depends on the perspective, lol. I can better define it as a challenging road. Like everything in life it’s been a lot of WORK, but I am not only talking about working hard for my business but so much INNER WORK! Introspective and personal growth work in order to serve and create from my best self! It has been also a lot of sowing and harvesting in order to being able to reap the fruits of this. But it has also been very exciting and rewarding at the same time. Having and building your own biz from zero is priceless! Seeing it and feeling it grow exponentially while adding value to the world is AMAZING!!! 

Some struggles at first were the credibility, creating yourself a reputation, and creating a name by yourself. Other one has been the age; I am a young entrepreneur who coaches director and CEOs with tons of years and experience in their industries. Breaking that barrier has been a big one!

My business is a performance coaching company where we offer trainings, webinars, workshops, and one-to-one sessions to anyone who wants to find their next level in life, as well as upgrading themselves to their next level. At the same time that we work with them in an integral way towards reconnecting with their highest selves. 

We specialize in high top performers, the C suite & entrepreneurs. 

We combine and offer Coaching + mindfulness + meditation practices + experiences such as retreats, workshops, webinars, among others. 

We are pretty good creating outstanding results, we set time frames in order to achieve those goals, & we follow different KPIs in order to measure your progress. At the end of the day, we believe that progress = happiness. And we offer that.
