Hi Megan, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started Bombshell Beads 12 years ago after sustaining a debilitating injury where I could no longer continue my career in pharmaceutical sales. After my injury and subsequent back surgery, I found a path to continued healing through a combination of natural gemstones. These stones have truly changed my life and it’s my mission to share them with the entire world!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Never a smooth road but instead full of hard work and continued trial and tribulations! Building up my social media platform and developing a good team of influencers to promote my passion really set me apart! Many hard long days but learning to never give up sets you apart from most other business owners!
What are your plans for the future?
I am launching a branded candle that I worked on for two years with a special fragrance house -it’s a proprietary blend to bombshell beads only. The smell is unisex and universal and I’m so excited for the world to get it and smell it! It’s such a clean happy fragrance!
I’m also doing an upscale, luxury earring and necklace line next Month! It’s time to test the Market outside of gemstones to see how it is received. I have been designing these pieces for over a year!
