Hidden Gems: Meet Nicole Frazier of Trilogy Design Group

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nicole Frazier. 

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Trilogy Design Group began with the process of planning my little sister’s wedding in 2012. I loved the process so much that I was hooked. I grew the business a few weddings at a time alongside of a full-time job. In 2018 I introduced fresh floral event design to my Service Menu and business exploded. I was able to create a 3-year exit plan allowing me to retire from my 20+ career at the end of 2021. I started 2022 as a full-time creative. 

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road to where I am now has not been smooth but it has been worth it. It has been a definite confidence builder between the Lord and myself. The biggest struggle is not giving up on yourself. Hanging in there long enough to see your dream to fruition. There are moments where your progress plateaus or where you second guess yourself.

Trilogy Design Group is a full service planner and event  floral designer. We offer planning services that range from full VIP service to Day of Management. We also offer floral design services that range from full installations to wedding personals.

Trilogy tends to every detail and treats clients like family. We listen closely and had a knack for asking questions that uncover a client’s vision and needs. On the day of the event, the Trilogy team communicates proactively with clients and ensures the event runs smoothly. Our secret to success is pairing artistry in floral design and decoration with practical organizational skills. We gain the trust of our clients with an approach that is both warm and professional.

What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
I feel that our ability to listen to our clients and adapt to each of their needs makes us successful.
