Hidden Gems: Meet Tiffany Johnson of Juventis Wellness Mobile Spa

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Johnson.

Hi Tiffany, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey as an Alzheimer’s advocate began in 2020, rooted in both personal loss and lived experience as a caregiver. My path into healthcare started much earlier, shaped by the passing of my father from lung cancer in 2001. That loss planted the seed for my decision to become a nurse a calling grounded in compassion, service, and a desire to walk alongside others during life’s most vulnerable moments.

Over the years, caregiving became a defining part of my life. I served as a caregiver for my grandmother, who passed in 2019, followed by my stepfather in 2022, and ultimately my mother, whose battle with Alzheimer’s disease ended in 2024. Each journey deepened my understanding of the emotional, physical, and spiritual toll caregiving takes, while also strengthening my resolve to advocate for families navigating dementia and chronic illness.

What began as volunteering evolved into leadership with the Alzheimer’s Association through fundraising, community education, and advocacy leading to my upcoming role as a board member. This work is deeply legacy driven and reflects my commitment to ensuring families and caregivers feel supported, informed, and empowered.

Professionally, my background is in emergency nursing, which began in 2010 and led me to becoming a nurse practitioner in 2015. Since then, my experience has spanned primary care, urgent care, and now trauma and surgical services. Years in high-acuity settings have shaped my ability to lead with calm, precision, and empathy, while reinforcing the importance of treating the whole person not just the immediate medical need.

That same philosophy led me to become the provider partner of Juventis Wellness Mobile Spa, where healthcare meets confidence, convenience, and care beyond the hospital walls. Juventis allows me to connect with people in a different way helping them feel energized, refreshed, and confident from the inside out. Whether it’s restoring hydration, supporting wellness goals, or enhancing natural beauty, this work brings joy to both my clients and me. It’s a creative extension of my clinical practice and a reminder that feeling your best is an important aspect of your overall health.

At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to purposeful service. Whether advocating for families impacted by Alzheimer’s, caring for patients in critical moments, or helping individuals invest in their wellness, my work is guided by empathy, integrity, and impact. Each role I hold allows me to show up fully, serve authentically, and help others feel supported at every stage of their journey.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Navigating my mother’s Alzheimer’s journey came with significant challenges particularly around finding appropriate care, coordinating between facilities, managing medications, and advocating for timely and attentive neurology follow-up. Even as a healthcare professional, I experienced firsthand how fragmented the system can be. There were moments of frustration, exhaustion, and feeling unheard, which highlighted just how overwhelming this journey is for families without medical knowledge or support. These experiences reinforced the critical need for greater awareness, education, and advocacy so families can make informed decisions and feel less alone.

Professionally, the road has also required persistence and faith. While working in nursing and advancing my clinical career, one of my greatest challenges was finding the right partners people who truly believed in the vision I’ve carried since 2018 and were willing to help bring it to life. Building Juventis Wellness Mobile Spa required patience, resilience, and trust in the process, especially when support or alignment was not immediately present. Staying committed to the vision, even when progress felt slow, became an exercise in leadership and self-belief.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
