I founded Felix Homes in 2018 with a simple mission — to make buying or selling a home more financially responsible without compromising on service.

To date, most of our business has come through referrals from past clients — which we’re incredibly grateful for — but expanding our reach continues to be a key focus.

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
The residential real estate industry has historically been slow to embrace change, but I believe that’s starting to shift. Over the next 5 to 10 years, I see commission fees continuing to come down. Many of my past clients have said they’ll never pay a 6% commission again after working with Felix Homes — and I think that sentiment will only grow.

As home prices continue to rise and consumers become more educated about their options, it just doesn’t make sense to stick with outdated fee structures. On top of that, advancements in technology — especially AI — are streamlining many parts of the real estate process, from marketing to client communication to pricing strategy.
