Hi Yaritza, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I met my business partner in a coffee shop. We quickly became close friends, and a year later, we were given the opportunity to open our own café. This past year has been filled with adventures, emotions, and challenges, but we succeeded. Our café not only offers exceptional coffee and croissants of the highest quality, but also provides a warm and inviting atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Definitely opening a business is not as easy as it sounds. Our first challenge was knowing the business, and get to know all the pros and cons. Financially it was challenging as well and many other things that came up. But again, we made  it!!
As you know, we’re big fans of Artisan Bistro. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
We were the first coffee shop in Clarksville to feature pistachio cream and Nutella as our signature ingredients. Our uniquely decorated mugs and cups also set us apart, offering a distinctive experience for our customers. Additionally, we pioneered the use of croissants as the centerpiece of our food menu, and our mini pancakes have further distinguished us within the local community.
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Our dream is to expand our brand and have multiple coffee shops around town and hopefully in other states.
