Inspiring Conversations with Andrew Farmer of Live 30A

Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrew Farmer. 

Hi Andrew, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started out as a Project Manager for a custom home builder. I was able to learn all about the construction side of real estate and the market trends. After that, I decided to take the leap and get my real estate license. Getting into real estate was a way for me to create a better life for my son, Hudson, and I. I am now on a team with my 3 best friends affectionally called, Wolfpack 30A. I love helping families move to our beautiful beaches here in Santa Rosa beach, FL. As a team, we also make sure our clients are getting the best return on investment with their rental property. 

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My biggest challenge has been the local competition. There are a ton of realtors in the area. This is also my biggest motivation.

Start each day with positive self-talk. It’s amazing at how much your confidence predicts the future.
