Hi Bibake, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I help tourists from all over the world discover the city’s magic with a 5-star professional private driver service.
Coming from an Indian background, I spent my childhood watching my mother provide exceptional hospitality to any guests that stayed at our home. Her commitment to service and detail inspired me to attend a hospitality institute after high school. Following three years of study, I started working with globally renowned 5-star hotels, such as JW Marriott, Dubai International Hotel, and Omni Hotel. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege to work in different hospitality environments across Calcutta, Dubai, and the U.S.
Once I moved to Nashville, I was immediately blown away by the warmth and friendliness of the people. I felt at home. Then when the pandemic hit, I had to pivot my career, leading to contract work with rideshare companies such as Lyft and Uber. After a few years, I noticed that there was a huge gap in the private transportation market and
that customers were increasingly looking for premium services at a more affordable price.
From there, Nashrovers was born!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
While my passengers are guaranteed to enjoy a smooth ride, the entrepreneurial life is not always as smooth as people think. As the only employee in my business, I have felt overwhelmed by the demand on several occasions.
Once I build my brand and scale my business, I hope to hire more employees to take some of the load off.

Since 2022, I have been helping Nashville tourists discover the most coveted venues and hidden gems this city has to offer from the comfort of a 2021 Honda Civic.
I love meeting people from all walks of life and providing them with personalized suggestions to help make their trip one to remember. From Grand Ole Opry shows to Broadway and Music Row, I make sure they leave the city with big smiles and full hearts.
And, yes, I have a pretty impressive country music playlist, too!
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
My daughter Stevie, wife Kelsey, and dogs Shona and Mishti are the only good luck charms I need.
I feel incredibly fortunate to walk this journey of life with them, and I know that as long as they are by my side, everything will work out.
