Fred, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
It all started with one question:
What if nachos could be epic?

We didn’t want the soggy, sad nachos people settled for at bars or ballgames. We dreamed bigger. We imagined nachos stacked sky-high, loaded with bold flavors, and crafted with gourmet ingredients—from tender filet mignon to house-made sauces, fire-roasted veggies, and scratch-made guacamole.

Born out of a love for good times and great food, Nacho Daddy was founded by friends who believed comfort food could still surprise you. We opened our first location with a simple mission:
Deliver the most insane gourmet nachos on the planet—paired with margaritas that pack a punch.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Anytime you start a business there are always struggles. It took us many years to develop the right menu, the right atmosphere, the right markets and find the right people to help us execute our mission. On our first day of business in 2010 we opened our doors to a large line of people waiting to get in. Our kitchen struggled to keep pace and we had two hour waits for food. Our kitchen manager and a cook got into a scuffle and the kitchen manager walked out. Food was cold, guests were upset and it was an all around awful night. We have come a long way since then and now serve one million guests a year. One of our restaurants ranks 41 in the world on yelp for the highest stars and most number of ratings. We are still have room for improvement, but our never ending devotion for delivering the very best experience to anyone visiting Nacho Daddy is what keeps us going.
