Today we’d like to introduce you to Hannah Morse, RN

Hi Hannah, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Driven by a deep desire to care for others, my medical career began in women’s health, working in the Nursery and Postpartum units. While the work was incredibly rewarding, the physical and emotional toll started to weigh heavily. I eventually asked myself, “Can I keep doing this forever?”

I knew I needed a change—something that still allowed me to connect with people, but also gave me more control over my work-life balance. Transitioning into the aesthetics industry allowed me to combine my nursing expertise with my passion for skincare and self-care, and the powerful impact they have on both confidence and overall well-being.

My passion for patient education became a guiding force, and early on, it became clear that I wanted to build my own business and brand. My goal was to create a practice focused on helping clients feel their best, not just hitting sales goals. Once I felt I had enough training and expertise as an injector, I knew it was time to take the leap and open my own med spa.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Starting my own business was far from easy, and there have definitely been challenges along the way. Like many entrepreneurs, especially female entrepreneurs, I struggled with imposter syndrome, constantly questioning my abilities and wondering if I was really cut out to run a business.

The aesthetics industry is incredibly competitive, and standing out in such a crowded space felt intimidating at first. I knew I wanted to create something different—something that didn’t resemble the typical whitewashed med spas. My goal was to craft an experience that made clients feel comfortable, confident, and deeply understood and respected. But I wasn’t entirely sure if this approach would work.

Over time, I learned to trust my vision, my skills as an injector, and my commitment to staying true to my values. I focused on offering exceptional, individualized care, and it paid off. My way of doing things resonates deeply with my clients and sets my practice apart.

With support from my sister, who co-founded the practice with me, we’ve built something truly meaningful. We’ve faced plenty of challenges, but each one has helped us grow stronger and more focused on what matters most—our clients’ well-being and staying true to our ethical approach.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
At Nash Injections by Hannah, we specialize in personalized aesthetic treatments. Our focus is on achieving natural-looking results that enhance each client’s unique beauty while preserving their individuality.

Our services include Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling + PRP, and other skincare treatments designed to improve skin health and age gracefully. What sets us apart is our commitment to patient education and an individualized approach to every treatment plan. We believe that our clients should feel informed and empowered every step of the way.

As an advanced injector and skin health expert, I personally perform all the treatments we offer. There’s no confusion—when clients book with us, they know they’ll be treated by an experienced professional, not someone still in training or new to the industry.

I’m most proud of the trust we’ve built with our clients. Our focus on providing safe, ethical treatments while building genuine relationships has helped us become one of Tennessee’s top med spas. Our clients come to us not just for the results, but for the entire experience—they know we care about their well-being.

What are your plans for the future?
We’ve recently expanded into a larger space in the Germantown neighborhood of Nashville, which is an exciting step for us. We’re now hosting events and collaborations with fellow small business owners and beauty enthusiasts, further strengthening our connection to the community.

We’re also expanding our service offerings and preparing to introduce exciting new treatments soon—though we’re keeping the details under wraps for now! As we continue to grow, our goal is to provide even more value and exceptional care for our clients.

By January 2025, I’ll also be completing the Nashville Injector Collective, an honor that I’m excited about. I’m one of just six injectors selected for the program by Allergan Aesthetics, the makers of Juvederm and Botox, which is a huge milestone in my career.
