Keegan, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Keegan Fioravanti is the visionary CEO and Co-Founder of Lotus Building Group, a design-forward, quality-driven construction company rooted in artistic collaboration and quality-made craftsmanship. But behind the growing success of this $12M+ business is a personal story of grit, growth, and resilience.

Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, Keegan’s journey as an entrepreneur began early. Raised by a fellow entrepreneur Keegan began working at the age of 8 and never stopped. At just 17 he left home with a fierce drive to carve out a future of his own, deeply motivated by a desire to create both meaning and financial freedom. Keegan’s early years were marked by bold risks—including navigating and ultimately overcoming addiction.

After leaving home in Washington State Keegan lived many places including a years long stint in Hawaii before ultimately landing in Nashville, Tennessee which became his most fruitful stop yet. Shortly after relocating, Keegan met his now wife and partner in business, Haleigh. Together they created his first business venture, Eternal Returns, a company with a focus on upcycling materials used in cabinets. Never one to sit still for long, Keegan also was involved in six other businesses at this time.

During the uncertainty of the COVID-19 era, while many businesses paused, Keegan pivoted. Realizing that real impact required deeper roots—structures that would last. Inspired by the lotus flower, which rises through the mud to bloom, he built a company that mirrored that journey: Lotus Building Group. Walking away from his six other ventures to solely focus on building his vision for Lotus Building Group.

In just five years, Keegan has helped grow Lotus Building Group from a small, referral-based team to a multimillion-dollar company with nearly 30 employees—doubling in size year over year. Every Lotus project is artistically driven and collaborative, crafted with high-quality, American-made materials to reflect the lifestyle and values of each client. From custom homes to curated experiences, it’s construction with soul.

What sets Keegan apart isn’t just his vision—it’s his drive, leadership, and lived experience. At an age where many are just starting out, Keegan is already shaping an industry—and doing it with a team forward approach.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
“Lotus Building Group was built out of obstacles. During COVID while so many industries shut down, construction in Nashville – especially residential – had a boom. While there was a lot of economic uncertainty during that time, so many people were moving here from other states. As a brand-new business we had to be really smart about the jobs we would take on. We’ve been incredibly lucky to build this business solely on referrals. I don’t take that lightly. Our reputation is everything and there is a fine line in growing and being able to sustain the demand. Sustainability in all senses is built into Lotus’ ethos. Our work is incredibly artistic and customized, which of course takes time. I would never put my team in the position where they would have to compromise the quality of what they’re doing to meet any demand.”
