Hi Kentarius, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I’ve been in the trucking industry for almost 15 years. And starting my own company has always been a dream of mine. So, after getting laid off from my last driving job in 2020, I decided to take that leap. Although I had no truck and little to no money at the time, I wanted to try it. Today we have a fleet of trucks operating on the road.

We all face challenges, but would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Smooth road? of course not! There is always going to be some obstacle. Especially in the beginning because we’re still learning. In the beginning, one of the challenges we had was hiring the right people for the job. I met a client who decided to take a chance on us, and this opportunity was a great opportunity for a new company. This client had warehouses all over the southeast and needed freight shipped out every day. After an hour of conversation with this client, He allowed us to help move these loads. The only requirement was to be on time. To make a long story short, on the first load, my driver showed up 2 hours late for the pick. Because he was late for the pickup, he was also late for the delivery, and because he was late for the delivery, the driver was not able to get unloaded. Our client reported his freight stolen because the driver was late. We lost that account, and the driver is no longer with us.

Crowned Dynasty Logistics is a trucking company specializing in customer service, Integrity, and Dedication. After being in the trucking industry for so long, I’ve seen the good, bad, and the ugly. Not only do we cater to our clients, but we also aim to treat our drivers like royalty. We are not the company that only knows the driver by their truck number. We know you by name. Crowned Dynasty is a company that understands the industry from the driver’s standpoint. When a driver comes to work for us, you are treated like family, not an employee, because we know that America wouldn’t be America without drivers.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
Hopping in the big truck with my pops and hitting the road. When I was younger, my pops had a CB radio in his truck; a device drivers use to communicate with each other. I used to love hopping on the CB and talking to drivers while we were on the road. The trucker’s lingo was always cool to me.
