Hi Lexie, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I co-founded the business with my college best friend, Tony Cottone, whose support has been invaluable throughout this process. My passion for all things “spooky” inspired me to create a venture that celebrates Halloween year-round. With Tony’s experience from his existing sticker business, our startup process was seamless.
Primarily, we handle all aspects of designing, printing, cutting, and laminating in-house. Recently, we collaborated with a local tattoo artist to develop our latest Horror Movie collection.

In recognition of our strong partnership, we launched an additional venture, Sticker Stock Warehouse, to provide bulk stickers for businesses, corporations, and events.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
We have been fortunate that our road has only had a couple potholes. One being when our machines malfunctioned, requiring us to stay up until 4 a.m. troubleshooting issues to ensure timely order fulfillment.

To navigate these stressful moments, we established an important rule: we cannot both be frustrated at the same time. This requires us to concentrate our efforts on one issue at a time and prioritize finding solutions.

While running a small business is certainly demanding, the sense of accomplishment and the opportunity to share this experience with my best friend makes it all worthwhile.

We’ve been impressed with Feed Your Fears Co; Sticker Stock Warehouse, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Feed Your Fears Co. is our Halloween-themed Etsy shop (https://feedyourfearsco.etsy.com), primarily focused on stickers. In addition to our extensive sticker collection, we also offer desk and wall calendar, magnets, and car coasters, among other products! This venture is not only enjoyable for us but also aligns with our genuine passion for Halloween while providing me with the opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and contribute to being creative.
Sticker Stock Warehouse ([email protected]; website coming soon) specializes in bulk stickers, with the capacity to print unlimited quantities on our 54” printer. We have experience in designing and printing logos, barcodes, certification stickers, and box truck labels, as well as banners, posters, and signs.

Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
As cliche as it may seem, I would have to say my passion. When I’m genuinely passionate about what I do, it drives my motivation and fuels my creativity. This enthusiasm not only helps me overcome challenges but also keeps me committed to continuous learning and improvement, making my work not just a job but something that fulfills me.
Empathy has also been critical to my success, especially in collaborative environments. Understanding the perspectives and needs of others helps me build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and lead teams with care.
