Inspiring Conversations with Meenu Ananthh of Transcendence By Meenu

Today we’d like to introduce you to Meenu Ananthh.

Hi Meenu, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I became a seeker at the age of 25. When I say seeker, I mean seeker of joy, seeker of embracing my true essence, and a seeker of being in my ultimate life path. On that note, Namaste! I’m Meenu Ananthh from Nashville, Tennessee. Born and brought up in Chennai, India with spirituality and numerology in my family lineage, little did I know that I’d pursue this as my life path.

I always thought that I have to work a full-time job to make a living. So when I was in college, I would always wonder as to what job should I take to make x amount of money so that I can have freedom. Once I got the job and the money, I still didn’t feel free. That made me wonder and understand at a very young age that that path was not meant for me.

I wanted to do more, become someone that I valued. I didn’t seek that from others. It was all about how I felt internally. After doing some shadow work on myself, I decided to pursue the path of Spirituality and Energy Healing. Having over six years of experience and more than 1000 clients from all over the world, I have never felt more joy, purpose, and freedom in my life.

I help clients have breakthroughs by offering Life Coaching, Energy Healing, and Meditation as my main services. I also help clients release limiting beliefs as all of us have acquired them consciously or subconsciously which block us from living our best life. I am eternally grateful that I’ve found my path, my purpose, and my freedom.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I have always believed that the obstacle IS the path. So every obstacle I got, I always knew I had to learn from that and grow out of that. The less I feared and resisted these obstacles, the easier it became over time to overcome them.

I also did a lot of self-work and released limiting beliefs that were no longer serving me. And as a result of that, I manifested a lot of wonderful experiences into my life.
