Inspiring Conversations with Meenu Ananthh of Transcendence By Meenu

Today we’d like to introduce you to Meenu Ananthh.

Hi Meenu, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My story really began in 2014, during a season of deep transition. I was preparing to leave India because of my former partner’s expat assignment, which unexpectedly opened the door to moving to Mexico City. Around the same time, I read Conversations with God by Neale Donald Walsch, and it quietly changed the course of my life. It sparked my first spiritual awakening and challenged everything I believed about God, identity, success, and my place in the world.

In 2015, I arrived in Mexico City without speaking Spanish and with no clear plan, but I knew I needed community. Through an expat meetup group, I was introduced to ThetaHealing. The workshop was entirely in Spanish, so my teacher, Vera, arranged for a translator. Those two days changed my life. For the first time, I experienced what it meant to facilitate real transformation, and I knew I had found my calling.

Soon after, I trained in Reiki with my first teacher, Fabio Destro, whose patience and encouragement I’ll always be grateful for. Despite the language barrier, he later became my translator for workshops I facilitated in Mexico, reminding me that connection always transcends language.

The irony was that while I was learning to help others, I was still struggling myself. I was anxious, emotionally dysregulated, and searching for a deeper sense of peace. That realization led me back to India, where I trained under the Maharishi Mahadev Institution and received my first mantra in Transcendental Meditation. I later became a certified meditation teacher through the MindBodyGreen Institute. My curiosity never stopped there. I continued studying Quantum-Touch, advanced ThetaHealing, Human Design, and life coaching through Robbins Madanes Training, founded by Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes. Every modality taught me something unique, but they all pointed to the same truth: lasting transformation happens when we address the nervous system, the subconscious mind, the body, and our beliefs together.

I built my first practice in Mexico City before relocating to Nashville in 2018, where I once again found myself starting from scratch. I balanced corporate roles while growing my practice on the side until 2020, when I finally decided to go all in, just as the world shut down. Around that same time, I experienced the end of a seven-year relationship, making that season one of the most transformative periods of my life.

By 2021 and 2022, my practice had grown beyond anything I had imagined. Looking back, I realize every relocation, every setback, every ending, and every new beginning was preparing me for the work I do today.

Today, I help people move beyond surface-level solutions and address the root of what is keeping them stuck. My work is centered on nervous system regulation, subconscious transformation, Human Design, manifestation, and helping people come home to themselves. My journey has been anything but linear, but I wouldn’t change a single chapter because every one of them shaped the guide I am today.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all. It has been anything but smooth, and I say that with deep gratitude.

For a long time, my life felt like a training ground. Moving across countries, starting over repeatedly, and learning to rebuild from zero taught me adaptability, resilience, and trust in myself. Each chapter stretched my capacity in ways I didn’t understand at the time, but in hindsight, it feels intentional. Almost like life, or God, was preparing me for something bigger by strengthening my nervous system, my discernment, and my ability to hold complexity.

One of the biggest struggles was internal. I lived with high anxiety and nervous system dysregulation for years. I could show up for others, but I hadn’t yet learned how to feel safe, grounded, and regulated within myself. That contrast eventually became one of my greatest teachers. It showed me exactly where depth, embodiment, and integrity were missing.

Professionally, the road was nonlinear. I moved in and out of corporate roles, rebuilt my practice in different countries and cities, and judged myself harshly for what I thought was inconsistency. Over time, I realized those moments were teaching me self-trust and discernment. I wasn’t failing, I was learning what environments my nervous system could and could not thrive in.

There were also significant personal endings, including the end of a long-term relationship during a period of rapid professional growth. On paper, things looked successful. Internally, I was exhausted and operating from survival. That contrast became a powerful initiation. It forced me to ask better questions, slow down, and redefine success in a way that included safety, sustainability, and joy.

Looking back, I’m deeply grateful for the challenges. They expanded my capacity to hold people, stories, emotions, and complexity with steadiness and compassion. I don’t see those years as obstacles. I see them as preparation. They trained me to do the work I do now with depth, humility, and an unshakeable trust that everything, even the hard parts, is shaping us for more.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Transcendence By Meenu ?
My business is built on one core belief: real transformation happens at the root. I don’t do surface-level healing, and I don’t believe in quick fixes that temporarily make people feel better while the real issue keeps running the show.

The work I do is centered on the nervous system and the subconscious mind, because that’s where our patterns, triggers, beliefs, and sense of safety are formed. I help people come out of survival mode and into self-trust, regulation, and alignment, not by forcing change, but by creating safety in the body so change becomes sustainable.

Here’s the way I often explain my work. Imagine you’ve had a chronic headache for years. You could keep taking Tylenol every time it shows up, and while it might help temporarily, the headache keeps returning. Or, you could pause and ask, why is this happening? Is it stress, burnout, unresolved trauma, or a nervous system that’s been in overdrive for too long? I’m not a doctor and this isn’t medical advice, but as a metaphor, this is exactly how I approach healing. My work isn’t about masking symptoms. It’s about understanding and resolving the root so the symptom doesn’t have to keep coming back.

Another way to see it is this. If there are weeds in a garden, you can still grow flowers, but eventually the weeds will take over. My role is to help people identify why the weeds are there in the first place, gently remove them, and create the conditions where the flowers can actually thrive. Those flowers look like peace, clarity, healthy relationships, grounded confidence, emotional regulation, and the ability to receive and expand without burnout.

What sets my work apart is that it’s lived, not theoretical. I don’t teach from a pedestal. I teach from experience. I know what it feels like to be high-functioning and deeply dysregulated, successful on paper and exhausted internally. Because of that, I have a strong ability to meet people exactly where they are, with compassion, honesty, and depth, while still holding them to their highest potential.

I specialize in working with people who are self-aware, driven, and intelligent, yet feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. People who have “done the work” but still don’t feel settled inside themselves. Together, we focus on nervous system safety, subconscious reprogramming, and embodied integration so change doesn’t just feel good in the moment, it lasts.

Brand-wise, what I’m most proud of is integrity. I’ve built my business slowly and intentionally, without chasing trends or diluting the work to make it more marketable. My brand stands for depth, honesty, and sustainable transformation. I care deeply about how people feel months and years after working with me, not just during a session.

How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
There are many ways people can work with me, collaborate with me, or support my work, and everything I offer is rooted in depth, intention, and transformation.

The primary way people work with me is through one-on-one mentorship. This is not surface-level coaching. It’s a deep, integrative process where we explore what is actually stopping someone from being their highest and most authentic self. We look at what’s blocking acceptance of reality, what’s keeping them stuck in old patterns, and what’s preventing them from truly thriving. This mentorship encompasses emotional, energetic, subconscious, and identity-level work, because real change never comes from just one layer.

I use multiple tools depending on what each person needs. One of my core specialties is a modality I call energy tapping, which is my own way of working with EFT. It focuses on manipulating energy within the body and releasing stored trauma from the nervous system. When trauma is held in the body, manifestation becomes incredibly difficult. You can’t sustainably create externally when your internal reality feels unsafe or chaotic. A big part of my work is helping the body feel safe enough to receive, expand, and create.

Alongside energy tapping, I work with ThetaHealing, deep subconscious reprogramming, meditation, and trauma-informed coaching. I was formally trained as a life coach through Robbins Madanes Training, and coaching itself has been one of the most transformative tools in my own life. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I often use seven or eight different modalities within a single mentorship, because every client is different, every nervous system is different, and the work needs to meet the person exactly where they are.

Meditation instruction is another cornerstone of my work and something I’m deeply proud of. I’ve trained and taught meditation to hundreds of people, well over 700 at this point, helping them receive personalized mantras, anchor their nervous systems, and develop practices that actually support healing, clarity, and self-regulation. Meditation, when taught properly, becomes a powerful tool for embodiment and integration, not another thing to “get right.”

I also work with organizations and corporate teams, offering meditation and nervous system regulation workshops focused on reducing stress, increasing emotional resilience, and helping people function from a grounded, regulated place.

For those who want to learn from me without a financial commitment, I host a podcast called Transcend into Wellness, available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and CastBox. The podcast is filled with tools, personal experiences, client stories, and honest conversations around healing, manifestation, emotional regulation, relationships, and personal growth. It’s a space for people to begin shifting their internal world and perspective in a very real, practical way.

Manifestation is also a major part of my work, but not in a fluffy or surface-level way. I teach manifestation through identity, nervous system safety, and subconscious alignment. When who you are internally changes, what you experience externally has no choice but to change. Watching that unfold for clients again and again is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

At the heart of everything I do is this belief: healing is not about fixing yourself. It’s about removing what was never yours to carry, regulating the body, and returning home to who you actually are. My work exists to help people do exactly that, with depth, integrity, and lasting impact.
