Today we’d like to introduce you to Sarah Huffman.

Hi Sarah, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
The story I weave begins with the nurturing essence of who I am. From a young age, my heart has led my path to tend to others with love and kindness.

I had an a-ha moment while my friend was giving me a facial in her program at Cinta Aveda in San Francisco. I had this deep cellular ping that this is what I should be doing. This knowing of how I could intentionally transmute love and compassion through “facials” through the potency of my hands as an esthetician.

So, I signed up for the esthetics program that day 12 years ago. I found my language! My soul’s passion and purpose flourished in curating these individualized facial experiences.

Then that same friend and I took a trip to Joshua Tree. We booked a private sound bath at the Integratron. There in the mojave desert, I dissolved and my story shifted. My work alchemized after that trip.

Shortly after that trip and oh so – divinely timed I met my mentor Ann Sensing and entered a 7-month-long sound healing mentorship.

My practice deepened and was strongly influenced by how sound is the bridge that connects us to our deeper emotional selves and hearts.

So, these facial experiences naturally evolved, as I began to weave sound and healing frequencies into all of my facial offerings. And stand-alone sound therapy sessions were birthed and added to my offerings as well.

I am beyond grateful that everything in my life has led me here. I have found my place and am truly honored.

We’ve been impressed with Sarah Huffman Sound, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a reiki-certified holistic esthetician and sound practitioner. This is my life’s work.

To be a guide + guardian and hold sacred space to foster loving healing for others through sound, energy, and compassion.

I truly care about the well-being and preservation of each individual I am so lucky to share space, time, and energy with.

It’s not just a facial with me, it’s about the spirit and wise body within

Being authentic to who I am.
