Today we’d like to introduce you to Sarahi Villarreal.

Hi Sarahi, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
It all started with a vision my husband had for our family, Adrian started working in the construction industry at a very young age. He realize this was his passion and wanted to do this for the long term.

He learned the in and out of the industry like any pro should. During the process, he had good and bad experiences. Adrian and I decided to open our own construction business in 2020. I left my corporate job to help him build a strong construction firm.

Little did we know that covid was going to hit the whole world and we would be on a journey of ups and downs. During Covid, we gain tons of experience in how a business runs. Thanks to the opportunity many clients offered us during 2020 to now we have been able to double our sales and continue to build our references.

Our goal is to become a construction firm where all sources of clients are welcome from budget-friendly to high-end budgets, delivery of the best craftsmanship in the industry is our number one priority. We take pride in our work and go above and behind for all of our clients.

Can you talk to us about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
As new business owners, we had our obstacles in the industry.

When we decided to start the business it was at the beginning of Covid 19, the construction industry was growing but many items were going out of stock or tripling in price, we had tons of clients calling to redo items that needed attention right away as many where not done to code or craftsmanship was poorly.

We learned a lot during the first couple of years in the industry. We continue to learn and continue to have our obstacles in the industry, but our goal is to continue to learn from others and grow our family business.
